  • How can Customers pay my invoices online?

    Depending on payment options you want, we offer you option to plug in various payment options which you may already be using. If you do not have any of them, you can easily create an account with them and plug-in to Corpler. Right now; you can plug Authorize.net for North American merchant accounts, Stripe, and PayPal for all regions, Mollie for Europe payment methods, RazorPay for India, PayStack for South Africa. You can also track offline payments with Corpler manually.

  • May I use multiple currencies?

    Corpler supports many currencies out of box. You choose default currency for your company. You may use different currencies for anything and those will be converted with daily exchange rate automatically.  Corpler even support digital Crypto currencies. If you do not see the currency you want in the list, you can add anytime easily.

  • How the invoicing features work?

    Corpler allows users to create an unlimited number of invoice and estimate from our templates. User can send the estimate and the invoices to the customers and let the customer to proceed with the approval and payment process.

  • How do I purchase subscription?

    Once you create an account and login, you can purchase a plan any time at Billing section.

  • I have more than 30 employees. I don’t see price option?

    Good job! Please contact us for pricing and we will tailor an option for your needs.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, we do discounts when you purchase a yearly plan.

  • How does the subscription works?

    Users can choose to subscribe on a monthly or annually. If you choose monthly, you will be billed on monthly basis.

  • How does payment processing work? Do you collect my payments or processing data?

    No, we do not touch your money at all. We are more like a payment gateway where we provide software for you to process your payments. You will be using your own accounts on StripeAuthorize.netPaypal, etc… and you will just plug those to Corpler. Your collections will go to your own accounts on those services.

  • How can Customers pay my invoices online?

  • Is your prices per seat?

    No, we know how that per seat pricing may be frustrating when you see the total and reach thousands of dollars to pay. Not with us! We have different plans for different number of employees with different storage options. You may choose or upgrade anytime. Prices are for all you need to pay per month or annual.

  • What is available during 30-days free trial?

    Basically everything is available. The only limitation is you can test 10 users with 100 MB storage space. You can upgrade anytime to increase those limits.

  • What happens after the 30-day free trial expire?

    After 30 days of free trial, ends your account will automatically become a free account with limited functionality for 5 user limit. The difference between the free account and the paid account can be seen above pricing table. If you liked Corpler and keep it running, please choose a price option that fits your company before trial is over. You can do this at billing page.

  • How to try application?

    To try Corpler, you can sign-up for 30 days free trial at the sign-up page.

  • I am a home-office user or a small start up. Can I get it for free?

    Yes, you can. We have a limited 5-user version that will give you boost to start your business. And once you reach to there, you can start paying us for professional packages where all modules are available. You can see what is available on above price list.

  • Does Corpler have an on-premise solution or is it cloud-based?

    Corpler is entirely cloud-based, meaning there is no need for site visits and our software can be used instantly by remote workers.

  • Where will my data be hosted?

    Your data will be automatically stored in our datacenter in Oregan. We have plans to locate our data services additionally in West Coast and Europe. Ones we have enough customers to support extra setup, we will transfer your data to where it is faster and closer to you.
